Justified Defiance may require up to a 20% restocking charge on all returns, except helmet returns due to incorrect sizing. Justified Defiance will exchange unused helmets for the same helmet type in a different size if available. Justified Defiance requires the customer to pay all shipping charges related to helmet exchange for sizing related issues.
Justified Defiance uses UPS for all Domestic shipments and USPS for all International shipments.
